Flush Allround-Talents
One door series, but a thousand possibilities. The PLANE-Line-Doors are the all-round talents by BUCHELE. Each door is planned and manufactured individually. Therefore, the door may be equipped with various features: Sound insulation, fire protection, burglar resistant, bullet resistant, if required even in various combinations.
The PLANE-Line-Doors are available in three versions: BASIC, PREMIUM and SUPERIOR.
Sliding-gates for critical environments
Safety can be done large – with gates by BUCHELE. The sliding and folding gates offer high protection classifications and may, therefore, be used in critical environments.

Special doors by the specialist
BUCHELE transformer station doors are manufactured in accordance with DIN EN 62271-202 (VDE 0671-202). As a basic equipment we provide a grounding connection between door leaf and frame as well as a separate connection for the frame to the grounding cycle on site. The BUCHELE door stopper stops the door automatically at a 90 ° angle. The installation of pickproof ventilation grilles is done individually in size and shape according to customer’s demands. Each grille is secured with an internal bird screen 10x10 mm.

Custom build test stands
BUCHELE not only produces doors and gates for test stands but also delivers the absorber elements for complete chambers. Conventionally test chambers are equipped with absorber assembly cassettes or asymmetrically textured absorbers (ASA). As innovative and as a space saving alternative the broadband compact absorber (BKA) was developed together with a renowned research institute.
This resonance absorber reaches a high absorption efficiency with a size of 250 res. 350 mm and allows for anechoic chambers with precision grade 1.
Additionally the absorbers may be equipped with a composite-panels-resonator (VPR). In a series of prestigious projects worldwide it could already prove successfully its high acoustic quality. The sound absorber smoothens the room resonance, eliminates the pounding and optimizes communication. Therefore, the composite panel resonator improves the room acoustics e.g. in audio rooms, recording studios, office cabins and music rooms.

High Frequency Shielding & Radiation Protection Doors

Radiation protection
Radiation protection doors are used were people or animals have to be protected against x-ray, gamma or electron radiation. Therefore, those doors mainly find their application in medical and research areas. BUCHELE-radiation protection doors are designed and manufactured in accordance with DIN 6834. As performance characteristics the lead equivalent value is expressed in mm.
By the way: BUCHELE-radiation protection doors may also be equipped with radiation protection glazing (optional also with integrated electrically operated privacy screens).
High-Frequency-Shielding doors for ENS, EMI and EMC
Increasing electromagnetic emissions require the use of shielding measures for instance against lightning discharge (LEMP), interaction of devices (EMC) or disturbances and health impairment due to electrosmog caused by radar, transmission masts and power supply lines. For this reason BUCHELE shielding doors are certified in accordance with IEEE 299 and work in a frequency range between 10 kHz and 10 GHz. This is achieved due to a patented HF-sealing system in connection with a barrier-free hump threshold. The BUCHELE-shielding doors may also be combined with other features such as fire protection, sound protection and property protection.

Pressure and Explosion Resistant Doors

Special doors by the specialist
When storing hazardous substances there are strict requirements on safety. There, particular attention is paid to the personnel that are within the danger zone. BUCHELE-doors on one hand reduce the risk of an explosion on the other hand the doors withstand a pressure load in an emergency situation. Depending on the amount and type of stored substances each pressure proof door is uniquely designed, calculated and manufactured according to customer’s requirements. In order to absorb the enormous forces special locking systems are used. These systems are specially developed and manufactured by BUCHELE.
Individual service
Doors and gates for street and railway tunnels are safety relevant components and despite the European harmonization there are no uniform requirements regarding fire protection, smoke protection, pressure, suction and anti-panic function. For each project a unique solution is required. Due to a close cooperation with fire protection specialists, experts and structural engineers BUCHELE has extensive experience in project planning and construction of individual tunnel doors and gates.

Doors & windows
Natural forces such as storm and floods become more and more extreme. The flood protection doors and windows by BUCHELE are designed for this purpose. Underground garages, appartment buildings, industrial buildings: the use is versatile.
INSPECTION: No flood protection element, door or window, leaves our premises without being inspected on function and impermeability. BUCHELE has established a special test stand to check these elements. After passing the tests the elements receive a label and a test report.

One- and two-wing-safety-doors
The safety doors by BUCHELE are certified in accordance with DIN EN 1627 – and provide depending on type burglar protection classified in resistance classification RC2 to RC6. These classifications were verified in test stands at authorized institutes with fully fitted and functional door elements. Even additional equipment like glazing and ventilation grilles was tested. Various lock combinations as well as the installations of various components are available.
The safety doors of classification RC2 to RC4 may be equipped with all suitable lock systems. As each door is manufactured individually on customer’s demands the installation of electronic access and monitoring systems is no problem with BUCHELE safety doors.
The bullet-proofed elements were tested in accordance with DIN EN 1522.
Basically all BUCHELE safety doors are reviewed and approved for installation in escape routes. This also applies for doors with glazing up to resistance classification RC4.
PLANE Line-Series: one- an two-wing-doors up to RC5
One thing is certain: Doors and gates by BUCHELE are safe. Manufactured under highest quality standards they keep their promises – and this is tested and certified. The door types are available with various features and are individually manufactured and planned depending on the application.
