If studio or management window for TV or broadcasting station, for industrial test stands or for exterior windows in power plants. BUCHELE always offers the right solution to combine high sound protection with an appealing look and functionality.
The SFB noise insulating windows are manufactured as box type window. On customers request and requirements to noise insulation as single or two-part acoustically separated closed frame. Also available as flush optic for sophisticated demands.
The basic construction consists of two separate panes between which an insulation consisting of perforates plates is placed. In order to avoid a mirroring effect the panes may be arranged in A-shape or V-shape. The installation of anti-reflective glass is also possible. Depending on the application and of course depending on customer’s demands various glass types may be used – even fire protection glass.
Noise reduction up to 52dB
These gate types are used where lack of space prevents the use of swing gates. The gates reach their high sound insulating values without disturbing threshold profiles in the passage area and offer, therefore, a barrier-free solution. The option of an escape door for sliding, lift or folding gates additionally permits the use for escape and rescue routes. Depending on the type the effective duplex glazing developed by BUCHELE may be used. For the various applications you may choose from different electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic drive systems. For all those drive systems BUCHELE offers individual control systems that related to convenient operation will satisfy every possible requirement.
Schallschutz bis 52dB
Schallschutzhubtore werden vertikal mittels kugelgelagerten Rollen in beidseits des Tores montierten Führungsschienen nach oben oder unten bewegt. Als Gewichtsausgleich dienen zwei Gegengewichte, die verdeckt in eigens dafür gefertigten Verkleidungen untergebracht sind. Diese sind beidseitig an den Führungsschienen montiert. Schallschutzhubtore werden aus Einzelelementen zusammengesetzt. Der große Vorteil der Elementbauweise liegt darin, dass die Tore als gestapeltes Paket transportiert werden können und beim Transport und der Montage auf der Baustelle leichter zu handhaben sind.
Verschiedene Antriebssysteme
Es stehen auch bei diesen Toren verschiedene elektrische, pneumatische und hydraulische Antriebssysteme zur Verfügung, die alle serienmäßig mit Absturzsicherungen ausgestattet sind. Diese Sicherungen verhindern bei Seilbruch oder anderen Störungen, dass das Torblatt ungebremst nach unten fällt und Schaden anrichtet.

As all PLANE Line sound insulation doors with cylinder locks for object doors were tested with 9 mm lock followers any conventional fitting can be mounted this guarantees a uniform appearance of the fittings. The multifunctional PLANE Line-doors may be installed with all conventional panic-systems – so there will be no problems with the standards EN 179 and EN 1125.
Due to the drop seals, res. hump threshold in connection with a slide seal there will be no tripping hazards in escape routes.
Sound insulation "light"
The STB LIGHT Line sound protection door series can effectively be used as an exterior door – with sizes starting from 3000 mm x 3000 mm. Especially for this purpose the required tests in accordance with DIN EN 13241-1 for exterior doors were successfully completed. Any place were disturbing noises should not reach exterior areas this door series is the perfect choice. With up to RwP 47 this door series ends where the mighty STB POWER Line sound protection gates starts with an RwP of 51 dB.
STB POWER Line, the power of sound protection
This is the appropriate name for this sound protection door series – with sound protection values up to 60 dB. The STB POWER Line series keeps its promises, as all stipulated sound protection values were measured and acknowledged with the door fully functional fitted in the testing laboratory. Also, the sound protection values of the STB POWER Line speak for themselves even in low frequencies. 125 Hertz this is where you find real POWER, you get to hear very little of what is going on behind this door.
The airtight doors by BUCHELE are certified in accordance with DIN 1026 and are classified in accordance with DIN EN 12207 in different so called air permeability classifications. The test is to determine how many m³ of air gets into a room within an hour starting from a low breeze up to a hurricane. Special four-sided seals reduce penetrating air masses. For special high demands the contact pressure may be increased with additional locking mechanisms.
RC2 to RC5 and Fire Protection T30 to T90
The safety doors by BUCHELE are certified in accordance with DIN EN 1627 – and provide depending on type burglar protection classified in resistance classification RC2 to RC6. These classifications were verified in test stands at authorized institutes with fully fitted and functional door elements. Even additional equipment like glazing and ventilation grilles were tested. Various lock combinations as well as the installation of various components are available.
The safety doors of classification RC2 to RC4 may be equipped with all suitable lock systems. As each door is manufactured individually on customer’s demands the installation of electronic access and monitoring systems is no problem with BUCHELE safety doors.

Sliding Gates: XXL-Fire-Protection
The fire protection sliding gates by BUCHELE are element gates whose gate leaves are made of single elements. Due to the ball-bearing carriages an exceptional easy movement even for large gates is guaranteed. All gate types may be manufactured with personnel doors – with or without threshold profile. On request the gates may be manufactured with rectangular of round shaped glazing.
