Soundproof sliding doors
These horizontally sliding doors consist of modular individual elements that run on ball-bearing rollers in a top-mounted track – for easy, virtually silent operation, even with large doors. The floor is sealed without a disturbing threshold. Sound insulation values reach up to 52 dB.
Property protection sliding doors (security)
BUCHELE offers sliding with resistance classes RC2 to RC5 for the highest security requirements. Ideal for critical environments where burglary protection is essential – for example in private or public areas.
Folding doors from BUCHELE: clever design of large openings
Folding doors from BUCHELE are ideal where large openings in interior or exterior areas need to be closed. They are particularly space-saving and versatile – perfect for rooms with limited floor space.
Soundproof folding doors
These folding doors achieve particularly high sound insulation: up to 50 dB – ideal where swing or sliding doors are not suitable.
Security folding doors
BUCHELE also offers extremely secure versions: 3 to 8-leaf folding doors with security level RC4. This makes them suitable for areas with high security requirements – such as public facilities or prestigious buildings.

Roller shutters from BUCHELE - flexible, safe and stylish
BUCHELE combines its expertise in steel door manufacturing with the advantages of aluminum to develop innovative, multifunctional roll-up doors. The door curtain, which is flush on both sides, consists of 60-mm-thick aluminum profiles with patented individual slats in a sandwich construction. These slats are particularly durable, versatile, and can be replaced individually as needed. Integrated sealing profiles ensure a reliable seal when the door is closed.
Surface protection is provided by the Scratch Protection belt system, which prevents roll marks. In addition to the standard mill-finish version, the doors can be custom painted or printed without compromising their functionality. This makes them particularly suitable for prestigious and security-sensitive buildings, as they can be visually integrated into the architecture while simultaneously meeting high protection and functional requirements.

Sound insulation up to 52 dB
Sound-insulated overhead doors are moved vertically—up or down—by ball-bearing rollers running in guide rails mounted on both sides of the door. Two counterweights, concealed within custom-made covers, serve to balance the weight. These are mounted on both sides of the guide rails. Soundproof lift gates are assembled from individual sections. The major advantage of this modular design is that the gates can be transported as a stacked package and are easier to handle during transport and installation on the construction site.
