Even though BUCHELE is primarily known for doors and gates, its portfolio also includes exceptionally functional window solutions that set standards in terms of soundproofing and technology.
Soundproof windows (SFB)
These soundproof windows, designed as box-type windows, were developed for particularly noise-intensive applications such as recording studios, test benches, or broadcasting facilities. With sound insulation values of up to 70 dB, two acoustically separated window frames, cavity damping via perforated sheet metal, and a flush-mounted appearance, they offer maximum sound insulation. Anti-reflective glazing or fire-resistant glass is available as an option.
Security windows
BUCHELE’s security windows provide reliable protection against break-ins and bullet penetration. Depending on the requirements, the units are manufactured to meet the appropriate resistance and bulletproofing classes, offering the highest level of security for sensitive buildings and areas. The robust construction combines protective functionality with a high-quality, architecturally sophisticated appearance.
Flood protection windows
Flood protection windows are designed for areas subject to high water exposure and prevent water from entering even under demanding conditions. Before shipment, each unit undergoes a standardized functional and leak-tightness test. The verified quality is documented in a test report and indicated by the corresponding marking.
Burglar-proof grilles made by BUCHELE: protection, function, and design in one
BUCHELE offers a select range of bar grilles, available either as permanently installed grilles or as grille door elements, which provide burglary-resistant properties up to RC 4. Thanks to their design, these burglary-resistant grilles offer an increased ventilation cross-section. Special installation scenarios, such as integration into ventilation shafts or surface-mounted installations, can be easily implemented.
Property protection grilles
As part of its property protection series (SEC Line), BUCHELE produces steel-reinforced grilles for windows that offer tested burglary protection up to resistance class RC4.
Certified safety and tested quality
All grilles are classified in accordance with DIN EN 1627, which covers the highest requirements for burglary protection (RC2 to RC4). This means tested reliability under real-life conditions.
The BUCHELE SEC Line ventilation grilles combine effective weather protection with certified burglary protection up to resistance class RC5. They are suitable for installation in exterior walls as well as for integration into door panels and ensure safe ventilation without compromising on protection.
Thanks to their robust construction, the grilles provide reliable protection against wind, rain, and unauthorized access. All models are tested and classified in accordance with DIN EN 1627 (RC2 to RC5) and thus meet the highest standards for security and functionality in property and building protection.
Window flaps made by BUCHELE
The SHELTERline window flaps (type H) are specially developed high-security protective devices for windows. They offer comprehensive protection:
- Protection against explosion pressure up to 800 kPa
- Burglary resistance up to resistance class RC5
- Also gas-tight and bullet-resistant up to resistance class FB7
- Fire protection up to class EI₂90
- Also gas-tight and bullet-resistant up to resistance class FB7
